This site was dreamed up one hot afternoon in the summer of 2004 and has been in and out of existence ever since.  At 2 points in it history, I was within a day of closing it down permanently and parking the domain but something always called back an interest in keeping it alive.  

In the last 2 years the explosion of good quality video sources for extreme sports has recently sparked my interest again in the project as well as the ability to cheaply market a website thru various outlets (Facebook, Twitter, etc...)  So I have taken up the task again with renewed momentum to keep it growing on a steady basis and keep exploring what will be possible with it!

I'm a full time web production manager for an internet company, so this side project allows me to learn and explore some parts of the business that I never get a chance to dig into at work, since my plate is usually stuffed full there (thank goodness!).  In past lives I explored being a professional photographer so I have an eye for what good images and video should be and try to reflect that as much as possible in the videos and news articles that I post on the site.

I was never all that good at the written word, so please look past some bad grammer, the occasional awkward sentance and probably mis-typed words to concentrate and enjoy the cutting edge of the extreme sports world!  The upper bounds of extreme sports still seems to have no limits, so please enjoy the site with me as we watch it unfold before us!
